Stopped by for lunch after hiking at a nearby state park. Great service, nice outdoor patio and delicious food! I'll definitely come back again.
Today was my first time eating here. I work only a few minutes away, and I would pass it up every day. Today I got off of work very hungry, so a buddy and I went to eat here. The atmosphere was calming after a busy workday, and the staff was awesome and friendly. Anyway, after we order, it took maybe 15min to get are food. Let me just say the chicken sandwich was great and all the other food I had was also good. I will definitely become a regular here.
Great to see the Hen House open again, better than before!. A nice face lift, the food was a good value and Lisa's service was top notch. The best place in the area for breakfast and lunch. You will not be disappointed. As a follow up: the chicken fried steak was awesome! A great breakfast value for 11.50!
All around so happy we stopped in for breakfast! It’s the perfect Wisconsin diner breakfast. Our waitress was kind and attentive, service was fast, and the food was absolutely delicious. I mean, loads of toppings in my omelette and the cheese had a good pull, and the toast was properly buttered. Great value for the portion sizes too. This will definitely be our new breakfast spot!
I've been here for breakfast a few times after the re-opening with new owners. It's a really nice place for breakfast. It's clean, friendly, and the food is very good. Everything was good and the servers have all been very nice to us.
Literally the best surprise I've had in a while. We were in the area after a hike and decided to treat ourselves to breakfast. Wow! Cooked and served to perfection. The best pancakes I've ever had and our server was amazing and sweet! We dont live nearby but are looking for an excuse to return very soon!
Wanted to stop at a local diner on my way through town that didn’t feel dingy or greasy. Salad was fresh, bread on BLT was practically artisanal, and the pancakes were homemade and crazy fluffy. A sweet place that the townies obviously frequent a lot.
The breakfast skillets are very good. Lots of choices. Nice friendly atmosphere!
